Story of the Grill
Grilling is one of my favorite ways to relax and recharge. It requires one to sit and pause. You can't rush it. I think that's why I love it so much. It's therapeutic. You have to break and focus on what you're doing. Whenever I'm grilling or smoking for my buddies or wife, we end up talking about things: complicated relationships, the pressure of living up to expectations or work stress.
One of my favorite memories is moving home after college (due to the recession) and I remember sitting around the grill with dad, getting life advice and talking about stresses, fears, and insecurities. The grill provided the opportunity to create a strong bond.
These types of conversations are happening around grills all around the world and now they are happening in your headset, car, or speaker.
